Boiled beef:
500g shin of beef
1 small sized onion
A pinch of: mixed herbs, curry powder, garlic powder, turmeric, ginger powder, all purpose seasoning & sea salt
1 knorr cubes
Pepper sauce:
1 cooking spoon sunflower oil (flavoured with the fried meat)
1 cooking spoon of finely chopped pepper (1/2 sweet pepper & 1 scotch bonnet)
1 tbsp meat liquid stock
A pinch of: curry powder, mixed herbs & all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp boiled onion, boiled with the shin of beef (optional)
Garnished with:
Diced mixed bell peppers ( 1 red, 1 green & 1 yellow)
