1 medium sized onion
1 red bell pepper
1 scotch bonnet
100ml hot cooking oil
50-100ml fish liquid stick (depending on the thickness of the beans mixture)
2 stock cubes
Butter (for coating foil bowls)
4 Hard boiled eggs (optional)
1 Boiled Fresh Mackerel (fresh/frozen mackerel fish, 1 tsp salt, 2 stock cube, 1 tsp thyme, 100ml water)
