Nigerian Smoked Mackerel Stew 

Perfectly cooked mackerel/titus stew with red bream fish. Succulent, lightly spiced , flavoured and deliciously yummieliciouz Nigerian mackerel stew!

Ingredients

 

3/4 of sunflower oil (or any oil of your choice)

Blended pepper sauce (2 red bell peppers, 1 small sized onion, 1 Scotch bonnet & 1 tomato plum)

1 tsp spoon of thyme

1 tsp of curry powder

1 pinch of garlic powder

2 Stock cubes (Knorr chicken)
1/2 tsp sea salt

2 smoked mackerel (chunks)
